Shrimps Flavored with Garlic and Butter (Sarimsakli Karides) Ingredients:
Directions: Remove the heads, shells and black veins from the shrimp. Make a 3 cm cut diagonally into the top section. Boil the 4 cups of water with the bay leaves, the vinegar and salt. One by one put the shrimp into the pan, boil for 4 minutes and take them out.Melt the butter with chopped garlic and a teaspoon of salt in a pan. Put the shrimp in the pan, add a glass of the water in which the shrimp was boiled and cook for 15 minutes. |
